We’ve worked hard to make our homes special.

We appointed architects Hawkins Brown to release the potential in the old building. They’ve ensured gorgeous big windows swathe the open living rooms with light. The contemporary handleless kitchen provides simplistic style and there’s cosy underfloor heating throughout.

At Vive, we like to keep things simple. As part of that, we don’t charge extra fees for our services. The only fees you pay are for services provided by third parties – so just £20 per person for reference checks when you move in and £130 one-off fee when you move out. Simples.
