To book a viewing you’ll first need to register your interest. Following that you will be contacted by a member of the team to arrange a viewing

An initial payment of £500 is required in order to take the property off the market once your offer has been accepted. If your application is successful this £500 will be deduct from your first months rent prior to your move in. A 4- week deposit is payable, along with the remaining rent, tenant reference fee, inventory check- out fee and end of tenancy cleaning fee.

Yes. There is a charge of 1.5%

Yes. There is an initial payment of £500, which is deducted from your first months rent. If you fail your reference check, this £500 will not be refunded.

No. The Gas is set up on a communal heating system and all Gas charges will be recharged back to the tenant on a monthly basis. You can choose your preferred Electricity supplier, and this will need to be arranged separately, along with your TV License, Council Tax and Water.

No, however we have teamed up with Room Service by Cort to be able to offer you furniture packages available to buy or rent. More information will be provided in your welcome pack.

Unfortunately, we do not accept pets within our building

All of our apartments are non- smoking. We operate a no smoking policy anywhere in the building.

You are not permitted to decorate your home during your tenancy, however you may hang pictures and mirrors. You must make good all damage at the end of your tenancy.
